Meet Frankie, a lap kitten in training! This little guy loves cuddly naps on his foster mama and is full of playful energy. He's black with visible tiger stripes and adorable white whiskers. Frankie enjoys playing with fishing pole toys and tumbling around with his sister. He gets along well with other cats, but we're not sure about dogs yet.
