Luffy is a young energetic German Shepherd puppy! He is very food motivated and does well listening and working on commands with a bit of kibble offered. He tends to guard his food and his treats from other animals and snaps at others when they get close whenever food is involved. He does not seem aggressive with people interacting near him when food is around but it is something I would recommend caution with and training to work on. Just recently he started playing with toys but he requires a watchful eye as he tries to swallow any piece he can tear off.

Luffy loves to be in the company of people, often he follows people around and likes to lay down nearby. Most of the time he is great with cats and tends to give them space, but occasionally he will bark at them. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs; he is a bit cautious around dogs larger than himself and a bit rowdy with smaller dogs.

He is a very vocal dog when he wants something or is upset and can be a bit mischievous at times. Luffy is a sweet hearted pup and would thrive with consistency, patience and training. If you're ready for the lifetime commitment of adopting a young dog, apply today.
