Elsa

Hi, I’m Elsa! I’m a very sweet little yorkie that can’t wait for my beautiful hair to grow in. I was rescued from a puppy mill, and am ready to live a life of being spoiled. I get along with dogs, kids, and a cat in my foster home. I am skittish but friendly - once you pick me up I love snuggling and being pet. I would love a patient home that will show me grace as I come out of my shell and realize what it’s like to be loved. If you’re looking for a small sweet girl then fill out an application today!
Please note: this dog has potentially not yet received their initial medical evaluation and/or spay/neuter surgery. We encourage you to submit an application while we wait for a full picture of their health to share with you. Adoptions will be finalized once Planned Pethood processes have all been fully satisfied. Your patience with our new process is greatly appreciated. We are trying to enhance our process in order to find new homes more quickly and to cut down on the amount of time an animal is in our program. Thank you for working with us to accomplish this goal.
