ADOPT A PET

Meet Mimi, a gentle, loving soul looking for a cozy place to call home.

Mimi is a 10-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a heart full of affection. She absolutely adores being close to her people, whether that's soaking up pets or curling up in your lap for a quiet cuddle.

She's a well-mannered companion, house trained, crate trained and walks nicely on a leash. Mimi gets along well with other dogs and does great with kids, making her a perfect addition to a calm, loving household.

Mimi is blind, but she navigates her world with impressive confidence and with a little guidance, she'll learn your home quickly. She can absolutely enjoy walks, playtime, and daily life. She just needs a patient adopter willing to help her build that mental map and routine.

Mimi has a common heart condition called mitral valve disease, which is well managed with medication. She currently takes Vetmedin and Lasix twice daily and is doing very well. Her medications cost approximately $100 per month through Chewy. She will need lifelong medication and routine veterinary monitoring, but she has a great quality of life and is ready to enjoy her retirement years with a loving family. More detailed medical information will be provided to approved adopters.

If you're looking for a sweet, loyal companion who will happily stay by your side, Mimi might just be your perfect match. Mimi's adoption fee is sponsored to help her find her forever home!
