Franklin is new to our program, he was found as stray. He was in pretty bad shape. The doctors felt that he had never been groomed his whole life. Sadly an infection went untreated for so long under the matting in his tail that it needed to be amputated. We feel that just makes him more special! Now that he’s had a hair cut he’s feeling much better. It’s a little short for the winter but when it grows back in a little he will be as handsome as ever. Franklin is doing well in his foster home. He’s still a little confused on his new life but he’s so glad to have a soft bed and enjoyed getting love from his foster family. He’s been through a lot in a short time but we know he’s excited for his new life. Apply today!
