Pooch Parade (OWE Festival)
Join Planned Pethood in kicking off the Old West End Festival by walking with us in the Pooch Parade. We will be passing out goodies and information to those along the parade route. We start lining up at 9:30am for the parade. If interested, please contact Nikki Morey at ed@plannedpethood.org.
